In order to meet the development requirements of China building wall reform andhousing industry, the research group proposed a new type of Low-carbon energy andgreen fabricated structural system of ecological composite wall and studied profoundlythe design theories and methods of it which has been widely used. Although the basictheory of this structure is basically sound but we have seldom studied its constructionsafety risk which is further explored. Based on methods of this structure construction andthe theories of risk factors’ identification and evaluation, this paper summarizes theevaluation model and the basic problems’ solving methods of this structure constructionsafety risks. The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the work breakdown structure (WBS) and risk breakdown structure(RBS) of the basic theory, we are able to break down the structure and risks of itsconstruction and build its construction WBS-RBS risk identification matrix. Combiningrisk estimates mathematical model, we can analyze its construction safety risks.(2) According to the constructing principles of evaluation index system andcombined with related literatures the initial assessment collection of its security risks canbe reached. Based on statistical analysis of the questionnaire, to optimize the initialevaluation set, from the construction site to build a comprehensive ecologicalenvironment construction safety management system, construction workers, agencies andtheir qualifications, construction safety management, construction management andsecurity technology equipment and facilities management of six areas composite wallstructure of the project construction safety risk assessment system.(3) Combined with the principal component analysis, build this structure project construction safety risks assessment model based on CIM. Check the model by applyingit to Eco-composite Wall Structure project under construction. The results show that:theCIM model based on principal component analysis is feasible and objective when used toevaluate the construction security risks of Eco-composite Wall Structure project. Theevaluation results provide a reference for the construction safety risk managers.
