Transportation career has been rapid development. The highway transportation is animportant part of transportation career. The highway bridge is an important part of highwaytransportation, and is playing the vital role. During the operation of the bridge, due tonatural disasters damaged, or improper load, the bridge structure will lead to reduced safetyand durability, and even lead to bridge crash accident. So the bridge structural healthassessment is essential, it can provide advice to bridge maintenance, alteration or load limit.Load test is an important means of security detection, it is loaded directly on the bridgestructure test, and through the actual measured value is compared with the theoreticalcalculations to determine the performance of the bridge structure and the actual operatingcondition. Bridge load test which can be divided into static load test and dynamic load test,static load test is the most significant, the most common basic pilot. At present, static loadtest read data collected by artificial reading and summary. There is a drawback istime-consuming, labor-intensive, low efficiency, assessment not allowed Based on this, inthis paper, the Guangzhou airport expressway bridge static load test Benghu as backgroundto bridge structural health assessment study.1. Firstly, this paper designs and realizes the wireless data acquisition system based onstatic load test. According to the requirement of the static load test for demand analysis, thispaper determines the functions of data acquisition system and the basic process of software.2. Because of the bad environment of site acquisition, relatively large disturbances, inthis paper, the strain data use a Kalman filter, Kalman filter makes the data more close tothe real value and curve beat quite to be small, which is more in line with the requirementsof static load test.3. In order to complete the bridge structural health assessment, this paper puts forwardthe evaluation system of the combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process based on fuzzycomprehensive evaluation and the principal component analysis. Through AnalyticHierarchy Process based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the bridge structuralhealth on the whole, then use the principal component analysis method to assess the healthof the bridge component detected by the static load test, and can be sorted according to the damage degree. These can provide information for the bridge repair and reinforcement.4. Analysis and treatment on static load test of Benghu bridge, and verify referred to themethod in this paperFinally, this paper realizes the software of bridge structural health assessment based onbridge static load test which use the C#, the system has a good user experience, and inaccordance with the field of bridge structure static load test and the bridge structure healthassessment requirements.
