Studies On Comparison And Selection Of The Modes Of Old Industrial Buildings Transformation Based On Gray Relational And Ideal Solutions

Because the economy rapidly developed, cities had changed different and bigger,there was a large number of industrial buildings that were abandoned in the center ofcity because of the reform of economic system. The concept of the old industrialbuildings and reform is extended, people has realized the value of the waste industrialbuilding. Since2000, there is a lot of program about the renovation of old industrialbuilding in our cities, but some of them is not successful, even some old industrialbuildings that has reformatted will be abandoned. In this paper, the study that select ofindustrial building renovation modes is will been made, by the study that select ofindustrial building renovation modes, to solve the issue governments and businesseshas poor selects in renovation modes of old industrial building.In this paper, the government will be as a research subject, selected of industrialbuilding renovation modes will be as the study object, this study will start by the city’sdevelopment and project operations management. First the actual transformation of thecase more than20cities nationwide were surveyed, then factors that infected selectedof industrial building renovation modes would been summed up, including the value ofthe industrial building renovation modes and government policies and other externalfactors that impact on selected of industrial building renovation modes; secondaccording to the value of industrial building renovation modes in the actual research,by analysis the social value, economic value, historical and cultural value, the value of the natural ecology, refined index that selected the old industrial building renovationmode, then the system of compared and selected industrial building renovation modeswere set up; then comprehensive weight assignment of index and the gray correlationideal solution were used optimization of the old industrial architecture transformationmodel.
