With the rapid development of expressway in our country,more and more expressways go through the mountain areas,As follows,the problems of stability of road slopes become more and more prominent.In this thesis,the “Expressway from Hezhou to Bama of Guangxi province(section Zhaoping-Mengshan)” is taken as an example to evaluate the stability of the entire high slopes.And the comparison strategy on protection modes of high slopes are analyzed.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.The engineering geological information of the topography and geomorphology,the formation lithology,the regional tectonics and hydrogeology along the expressway,have been obtained by data collecting,geological mapping including and work point drilling.2.The slopes along the expressway are divided into three typical types.They are reverse tangential slopes of clastic rock in section I,consequent slopes of clastic rock section I and high slopes of carbonate rock in section III.3.The protection modes of three typical slopes are evaluated by fuzzy multi-attribute decision.Thus,the best protection modes of these slopes are obtained,comprehensively considering 7 factors.4.In reference to the best protection modes of three typical slopes,the protection modes of each high slope along the expressway is confirmed and optimized.An example of slope in section K87+380?K87+640 was used to verify the feasibility of the protection mode proposed by fuzzy multi-attribute decision.5.Preliminarily,a set of technique and process based on fuzzy multi-attribute decision is obtained,of protection modes of road slopes in mountain areas.That starts by data collection and work point analysis.Then it evaluates the stability of all slopes along the way.Next,classify the typical slopes and select the evaluation index.Then,based on fuzzy multi-attribute decision,it determines the best protection modes and analyzes the results by engineering experience.At last,the protection modes of slopes under different conditions are confirmed.This process can be used to give advice to the engineering of slope protection,meanwhile,it can be a guidance for the similar projects in the future.
