| Nowadays,highly centralized global capital and Flexible production methods bringabout worldwide economic restructuring,which left a lot of abandoned industrial landand its waste in the city.These old industrial legacy lands always dominate the primezone in city,prolonged waste and inactivity will cause uncoordinated urbandevelopment,and contrary to the principles of sustainable development, thus hinders thedevelopment of the city.The reuse research of old industrial areas transformation is still in infancy,and lackof "local conditions" theoretical analysis,there is not yet build a complete theoreticalsystem development system.Which lead to appear some phenomenon of unreasonableand blind pursuit in transformation samples,lacking their own culturalcharacteristics,not highlight their unique style,moreover causing waste ofresources.Every urban landscape is geographical entities reflect local culture,and theregional culture carrier; between different geographical and cultural areas there is aclear difference in style.In this project,the Banpo International Arts District in Xi’an was studied,weexplored how utilize the local culture and reflected it in the art of Banpo landscapedesign from the view of landscape design and the geographical and local cultural inShaanxi.Through refining and summarizing the regional culture characteristics ofShaanxi,In combination with imitation, simplify the abstract and exaggerated expressionsuch as landscape,Shanxi folk culture and local customs will be integrated into the landscape design of the Babpo international art district withwatching,touching,experiencing,etc. The art of landscape culture was integrated into theregion culture characteristic,so that not only has the characteristics of industrial cultureof the old industrial zone,but also become a regional cultural heritage and developmentof Shaanxi culture medium.In conclusion,the Banpo International Arts District in Xi’anhas become a Special artistic landscape which possesses significantly Shaanxi regionalculture characteristics. |
