| With the growing need on the functions in automobile, more and more electronicdevices are applied to automobile, which make the numbers of car body control moduleskeep growing. However, the way of point-to-point communication between electronicdevices can`t meet the requirements to share information, but advanced automobileelectronic network communication system is very good solution to this problem, which hasbecome inevitable development trend. Now, most domestic big auto companies and carelectronic accessories company have introduced the advanced technology of CAN-bus andLIN-bus and have developed or used car body controller based on CAN-bus, but theindependent body controller products is relatively backward in terms of function andreliability. This thesis designs a hybrid network control system based on CAN-bus andLIN-bus, which solve the problem of the reliability of the car body control system andreduce the cost effectively.This thesis Analyses the domestic and foreign development present situation and trend,and introduces the theory and technology of CAN-bus and LIN-bus according to this thesis`requirements in detail. According to the design purpose and the function of the car bodycontrol system requirements, the car body network communication system is designed to bea hybrid network communication system based on CAN-bus and LIN-bus. In this system,CAN-bus network works as the dominant network which is used to transmission andcontrol function signal that real-time demand is higher, while LIN-bus network is used totransmission and control low real-time function signal, such as doors and Windowsfunction signal. Due to the complexity of body system of electronic devices, and largeamount of signal transmission, the body system is divided into the front body controller andthe back body controller. The body controllers not only work as CAN nodes but also are theLIN-bus master nodes and at the same time act as the CAN/LIN bus gateway. Finally, thisthesis tests feasibility of CAN/LIN network message signal communication of the design. |
