With the improvement of vehicle maneuverability,comfort,safety and reliability,the body controller is developing towards the direction of intelligence and network.With the increasing number of integrated modules,the complexity of the design and fault diagnosis of the body controller has been increased.At present,the domestic automobile body controller with independent brand occupies a very low market share and lacks core competitive products.Therefore,it has become an urgent need for domestic automobile manufacturers to continuously improve the design and development ability,master the core technology and improve product competitiveness.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the Jiangling Heavy Duty Truck HV5 truck body control module,taking into account the cost,system platform scalability and versatility,the Infineon 32-bit TC214-8F133 F chip is selected as the master MCU.And on this platform,system design is carried out.Design content includes CAN bus communication and diagnostic protocol development,hardware design,software design and system testing.The system can control and process the lighting,windows,skylights,door locks,rearview mirrors,wiper washing,axle difference wheel difference,cockpit tilt,constant speed cruise,remote control,T-Box and bus communication functions.The hardware design mainly includes power management circuit,signal acquisition circuit,data communication circuit and fault diagnosis circuit.In the software design,considering the modularity,scalability,stability and code operation efficiency of the system,the software architecture based on AUTOSAR standard is adopted,and the software is divided into drive layer,common layer and application layer by event triggering method.Software design on the layer.Taking the steering lamp as an example,this paper expounds the design of the control flow of the steering lamp and the diagnosis strategy when the fault occurs.Taking the window motor as an example,the diagnosis and protection strategy when the motor is blocked is described.The vehicle body controller designed in this paper has been tested on bench,bus communication and real vehicle.The software and hardware of the controller have been optimized continuously.For example,the remote control distance has been improved by 7.5 m through the optimization of RKE software.The final test results show that the design of the body control system is reasonable and feasible,the hardware layout is reasonable,low cost,anti-electromagnetic interference and high reliability;software architecture is reliable,modular enough,good expansion.At present,the product has entered the mass production stage,and won the praise of customers,the product has a certain reference value for the future development of similar body control module.
