For the needs and development of large ships, a foreign powerful gasturbine with low fuel consumption of gas turbine comes into people’svision. Intercooling cycle gas turbine is based on the simple cycle gasturbine, add the intercooling system between the high and low pressurecompressor, to reduce the temperature of the gas entering the highpressure compressor, finally it can enhance the overall designperformance. Research must be started from the intercooling system, andsimulation studies should be based the original three-axis gas turbine.This paper learns from the LMS-100and WR-21advanced gasturbine through collecting from domestic and international about gasturbine data. According to the requirements of design of whole system,this paper uses the efficiency-heat transfer unit number method to designthe intercooler model, and summarize the key steps and formula formodeling. On intercooling system design, build the intercooling wholesystem to study the control scheme and control strategy to preventcondensation. Modification of the original three axis simple cycle gas turbine,components mathematic model of intercooling gas turbine based onmodular modeling method. Under SIMULINK environment, set up theintercooling gas turbine simulation model is set up, and compare with theresults of simple cycle gas turbine for the steady state simulation. Theresults show that intercooling gas turbine has better performance on themain parameters such as fuel and power output. The research betweenintercooling gas turbine dynamic characteristic is used to analyze thedeceleration condition between the parameters of the dynamic rule. Alsoprovides an important basis on the study about control law of intercoolinggas turbine in the future. |
