The rapid economic development drives the electrical energy demand rising, andthe scale of the grid is larger and larger, which provides users with adequate, reliable,high-quality energy and regional power grid is gradually into the main power grid. Thepower point generator controlled model, which is a large grid as the design premise.Because of load centers, power strong point distribution and so on, the growth of theregional power grid or line of contact between the regional power grid with the mainnetwork, in certain circumstances, some of the regional power grid may be transferredto the isolated operation state, a large grid control strategies and parameters of the basicconditions for the design of thermal power units is difficult to adapt to workingconditions, so that in-depth discussion on the isolated operation of state control strategyand operation mode of the turbine has higher value. This paper is with a300MW unit as the object, to establish the detailed steamturbine, steam extraction, condensation water, water supply, circulating water system, thermal system model and DEH control system model on the MMS platform.the modelof boiler system has been simplified, consider the heat-absorbing capacity of the sodasystem. It’s ensure that the calculation conditions required for the main steam and reheatsteam parameters, such as air and gas systems, expressed by the boundary. On the basisof the model, with the design parameters of the model parameters, this paper comparesto a model of steady-state and dynamic results with the measured data to prove thereliability of the model, Do a series of simulation that changes speed droop, primaryfrequency limiter, OPC operating time, the valve operating mode and so on to analyzethe impact of the unit isolated operation and control parameters on speed. Through theanalysis of the simulation results, propose the following recommendations: the speeddroop of stand-alone with a base load unit sets to about4%; primary frequency thelower limiter sets to35%; OPC action setting accords to the fluctuations of the externalload corresponding changes; valve operation mode should be run by Shun valve switchto single valve operation.
