In recent years,the shortage of energy and environmental deterioration have restricted the development of social economy,and affected the quality of people’s life.In order to solve the problem of energy and environment,many countries have studied and explored the new measures of energy saving and emission reduction.It is the focus of the current research to replace high grade energy with low grade energy and recycle low grade energy.Heat pump is a device that can convert low grade energy into high grade energy.Due to its advantages of high efficiency and energy saving,the technology has been developing rapidly in China in recent years,and has become more and more mature.Firstly this paper discusses the development of absorption heat pump at home and abroad,as well as the application of absorption heat pump in waste heat recovery and utilization and then introduces the principle of absorption heat pump technology and the significance of the recovery of low temperature waste heat,absorption heat pump thermodynamic analysis method,etc.Finally the thermodynamic analysis of the absorption heat pump is regard as the foundation,and then it combing with the analysis energy analysis and energy saving principle of heat pump of a power plant,one water waste heat recovery project is circulated.The results of the study show that:(1)In the first kind of absorption heat pump system,the performance coefficient of the heat pump increases when the inlet temperature of the low temperature heat source increases and the entrance temperature of hot water decreases,and the temperature of the driven heat source increases.Otherwise,the performance coefficient decreases.(2)In the energy consumption of absorption heat pump energygenerator and evap orator are the maximum part.To improve the completeness of absorption heat pump,red ucing the energy of evaporator and generator should be focused.(3)The use of absorption heat pump to recover waste heat of a power plant circulating water heating heat,can make the annual benefit of 11 million 130 thousand and 300 yuan,2 million 576 thousand and 700 yuan to save coal,and also can reduce CO2,SO2,soot and other pollutants,so the waste heat recovery project can get better economic and environmental benefits.In summary,the research work of this paper is to provide technical supportthe for economic analysis and recovery of circulating water heat engineering performance analysis and optimization of the system,the significance of the use of low temperature waste heat is demonstrated. |
