| At present, the road network of henan province has basically taken shape, but, asphaltpavement will gradually become uneven for cyclic traffic and environment loads,especially increasing heavy vehicles results in severe overloading in recent years, as timegoes on and disease has become increasingly serious. If no measures were taken, it willdirectly affect the performance of pavements. Therefore, highway maintenance work havebeen urgent. However, there is no standardized conservation in Henan province, themethod of standardization has not been established, and the construction process is behind,maintenance quality is uneven, conservation technology and equipment can not meet thetasks of high quality maintenance, so long-term there will be have an great bad influenceon driving comfort and safety. Therefore, there will be has a very important practicalsignificance to research the standardization of technical processes applied conservation.Proceeding from the henan province highway maintenance, and analyzes its reasonthe reasons are analyzed in ways and means to combined with the henan province highwaypavement disease types. Extensive research and collect the latest technology at home andabroad in the pavement maintenance; Reasons for familiar diseases of expressway asphaltpavement, and the comparative advantages and disadvantages of various techniques,according to the Henan conditions. Cracks and potholes, rutting, vehicle dumpingmaintenance technology is recommended, based on the causes of these diseases, severity,size, repair in season made a variety of treatment method. This paper has a research tothese treatment methods, including raw material requirements, construction machinery,construction technology and acceptance standards. Using scientific, standardizedconservation techniques can make the road obtain a longer life in case of having not beingrepaired or reconstruction, improve road function, improve road service levels, reduce thecost of pavement throughout the life cycle. |
