In the refrigeration system, a compressor provides dynamic support for the entiresystem, playing a critical role. Now, the compressor most widely used for refrigerationsystem is driven by the rotating motor and motor rotation motion is converted into thereciprocating linear motion of the piston by the middle connection, which is verycomplicated, then the mechanical efficiency is low. Linear compressor makes motordirectly drive piston to work without the middle conversion mechanism, making thecompressor structure more compacted. The researchers conducted extensive research on the performance of the flexurespring since it was first used for linear compressor. Because this kind of supporting makesthe efficiency of the refrigeration compressor improved, having great advantage. Thetechnology level of flexure spring directly affects working efficiency and operating life ofthe linear compressor. Main research content of this article is as follows:(1) Circular involute flexure springs under different axial displacements are analyzedusing finite method, getting results about the maximum strain、radial stiffness、axialstiffness and natural frequency under different thickness.(2) The analysis model of axial stiffness and radial stiffness are respectively establishedand the effects caused by spring component spacing、number and thickness on the axialstiffness and radial stiffness and natural frequency are analyzed with finite method.(3) Fatigue analysis is carried out on the flexure spring and flexure springs closed bycircular arc and Archimedes lines are analyzed with finite method, optimizing the vortexgroove end closed shape parameter.(4) Assuming manufacturing parameters follow normal distribution, structural reliabilityanalysis is carried out.
