Low temperature technology isindispensable and irreplaceable innational modernization andnational economic construction.Although there are many factors which influencerefrigeration.The final purpose of low-temperature technology is to reach the needed temperaturerapidly,and keep long-term stable operation. Once the temperature is affected,it can keep thetemperature back fast.TI1202is the eventuallytemperature for users in this system.However, thecharacteristics of TI1202is strong coupling,nonlinear and non-stationary hysteresis Influencedby multivariate and multiple loop,it is very difficult. To establish a precise mathematic model.The fuzzy adaptive control is built on the basis of long-term experience,which there is no need ofaccurate mathematical model.According to the change of external conditions,it can changecontrol parametersautomatic and appropriatein order to meet the needs of users.Low temperaturehelium turbine automation control system project is considered as the background of establishingan accurate mathematical model. The research aspects are as follows:First, According to the low temperature helium turbine refrigerator development of relevantmaterial at home and abroad.compared with the process before,this process join the fuzzyadaptive control.In the aspect,it has intelligent transformation,which has higher requirements inthe process control.Second, Draw static process flowsheet and process control block diagram in the uppermachine. Improve the concrete scheme of project according to the requirements of the logic ofthe control. The overall structure diagram,including monitor and operation,Monitor is ipc,through the configuration software design interface,and operation station communication. Theoperating station of Siemens S7-300,through the Profibus-DP and ModBus and epistatic machinecommunication.Third, Used WINCC V6.2monitoring configuration software,the flow rate,temperature,pressure,gas purity of real-time monitoring.
