As a highly efficient mechanical device for conveying and compressing gas,the reciprocating compressor can promote low-pressure gas to high-pressure gas and power other equipment,this device has high efficiency,wide application,relatively simple system,and mature manufacturing technology,the compressor is used in various industrial sectors.However,while the use of compressors is getting larger and larger,its safety and security is also decreasing.With the continuous development and advancement of computer technology,industrial monitoring system to ensure the safety of reciprocating compressors has attracted more and more attention.Therefore,designing a stable,reliable and effective compressor monitoring system has become an important research topic.At present,the most widely used method for designing the monitoring system of the compressor is using the upper computer's configuration software to configure the human-machine mutual monitoring interface and the lower computer which applies the programmable controller and combining high sensitivity sensors and smart devices to solve the problems of low safety performance and poor reliability of the monitoring system at the working site of the compressor.In this paper take the 2D-90 reciprocating compressor signal acquisition and control as the research purpose,start from the working principle of the reciprocating compressor,determine the overall design scheme of the monitoring system,apply the variable frequency speed control strategy to design the system hardware and software.The whole system uses PC as the upper computer and PLC as the lower computer,cooperate with the underlying execution and inspection mechanism,apply MPI protocol to establish communication connection between main station PLC and host PC and PROFIBUS-DP protocol to establish communication connection between main station PLC and inverter.The PC of the host computer uses the WinCC V7.3 configuration software to design the human-machine interaction system,and uses STEP7 V5.5 programming software to complete the PLC hardware configuration and programming.The lower computer adopts S7-300 series PLC to collect and process data,and complete data exchange and control with each part.The on-site detection component and the actuator form the bottom layer execution layer,and each part cooperates with each other to finally complete the establishment of the monitoring system.Test on the monitoring system shows that based on PC as the upper computer and the PLC as the lower-end reciprocating compressor monitoring system can operate safely and stably,complete the effective monitoring of the compressor indicators,and ensure the safety and reliability of the 2D-90 reciprocating compressor.
