Research On Standardization Of Urban Complex Design

Urban complex has become one of the important building types in terms of urbanconstruction. The construction of urban complex is not only the objective demand ofurban development, but also both material and spiritual needs of the people. Althoughthe urban complex construction occupies an important position in urban development,the researches on its standardization, modulization and industrialization are relativelyweak. The purpose of this paper is to find out a suitable approach for urban complexstandardization design under China’s conditions.This paper, based on the theory of standardization discipline, cuts into the issue ofurban complex design from the perspective of the standardization. The main content isdivided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. It puts forward the background, content, methodsof research topic, and research framework.The second part is the theory of related concepts. It discussed the concepts of thestandardization and the urban context, in order to clear the application scope of functionspaces of urban complex standardization.The third part is the development history of urban complex standardizationresearch.The fourth part, in perspective of construction module in urban complexstandardization, puts forward the urban complex standardization method and applicationby discussing the public space, the vertical transportation and living space. It alsoincludes the research on the characteristics of urban complex standardization.The fifth part is the analysis of the cases. It puts forward the application ofstandardized design of urban complex by analyzing the practical engineering examples.This will be the reference in the design of the urban context in the future.
