| The history of the development of Urban Complex is very short in China, and the theories research, experience and the design method about that is relatively backward, compare with other large buildings. The current results are evolved from the experience of the real estate development developers, and emphasize commercial interests, not systematic. Therefore at present, According to the actual situation of urban construction and development trend in our country:on one hand, the urban complex has become important building types of the old city transformation and new district construction; on the other hand, there are many problems to be further studied in the construction of the urban complex.As a multi-purpose complex building system, the integration between the external traffic space and public space of urban complex has reached an unprecedented degree of mutual integration, and they are breaking a subsidiary system of buildings and becoming into multi-level, multi-factor complex dynamic open systems, and are actively involved in urban environmental systems. This paper start from the three levels of the city, transportation, complex building, from macro to micro, analyze the relationship of the various elements between the external transport and public space, and study the mechanisms for interaction and mutual influence between the various elements. Taking Hefei Wanda Plaza urban complexes for instant, starting with the Wanda Plaza external traffic organization and the use of public space, We specifically analyze of the external traffic and public space interactions and dependencies of urban complex to provide a support for the future planning and design of the urban complex.This paper is divided into two parts. Part one concentrates the theoretical research, starting from the relevant urban development theory, combining some classic case studies to explore the interaction mechanism and influence of the external transport and public spaces of the urban complex. Part two on the basis of the theoretical study, carry out concrete analysis. We analysis of the interaction between traffic and public space,and the success and weaknesses of the interactive through field research obtaining the First-hand information, and bring about a series of advice and countermeasures. |
