In this paper, which takes health resort service base as the study plan, we discusssite selection for sports health service base, layout and features by data collection, literaturereview to identify study abroad trends scenic service base and field-study explore thecharacteristics and status of current problems PuLian Mountain venues with the excellentguidance of case studies.PuLian Mountain area which has the mountainous environment lays at the core of Luoyangand it gives full play to the advantages of development, so that a relatively convenienttransportation and rich resources can combine with the scenery, building a prerequisite for theservice base.This article aims at site characterization and spatial layout features, reasonable location andlocal conditions, architectural style, landscape style, etc to plan the layout of service base.Through the PuLian Mountain resort area of health tourism service base planning and designcreative practice, we come to three sports and health tourism resort service base planningideas:①The site layout to service should be based in current conditions, combined withregional resources and geographical advantages, especially hydrology, climate, geology,plants and other natural conditions, to create a functional location-based service.②Sports andhealth, which is the core concept of service base, not only should meet the needs in functionbut also should make the culture merge into every detail of the service base to establish asound system of health service facilities.③We should highlight sports health serviceresources to build the sports industry structure featuring health.In this paper, we hope that by exploring the proper planning methods sports, health, travel,vacation integrated service base, we can provide a reference for future planning of servicebase.
