In recent years, with the quick pace of the smart grid construction, the electrical major equipment of procurement, transportation and installation costs about500billion yuan every year in China. The electrical equipment, especially large-sized electrical equipment, has strict transportation quality requirements. In the course of transporting, driving speed, impact vibration, gas pressure and title level will damage the equipment easily or have potential safety hazard. Therefore, we must strictly monitor these parameters.In the transportation of the equipment, it always takes a few days even one or two months from starting to transport the equipment to getting to the construction site. At present, in the actual operation of equipment transportation, the test data isn’t agree with practice situation because of the long transportation and checking the test data later, without installing unified standard testing instrumentation and so on. Under this situation, the process of the transportation and the test data can’t guarantee the quality of transportation equipment. Therefore, we should research and develop the related technology. At the same time, we should establish a set of power equipment transportation quality control system. Using this system, we can monitor the transporting movements, state and environmental message of the equipment. If we do this, we’ll provide powerful guarantee to ensure the quality of transportation equipment.This topic is derived from the scientific research projects of the state grid corporation of China, Research and application of electric power equipment transportation quality online control technology. It cooperates with Beijing tiancheng electrical technology Co. They start with the practical problems of power quality monitoring equipment transportation. After that, they come up with a ZigBee sensor network MAC layer backoff algorithm for early warning based on priority. By using modern sensor technology、 ZigBee+GPRS wireless communication technology and satellite positioning technology, this design realizes the road monitoring system of large-sized electric power equipment. The project has been acceptance by state grid company in March2014. Scientific and technological achievements are determined to be international advanced level.The following is the specific content of this topic:(1)Introduce the factors that cause potential safety hazard during the transportation, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of monitoring methods for large-sized electric power equipment.(2)Introduce the design scheme of road monitoring system of large-scale electric power equipment in detail. Come up with Warning priority IEEE 802.15.4unslotted CSMA/CA backoff algorithm based on adaptive adjustment of step. Illustrate the process of backoff algorithm in the ZigBee wireless communication.(3)Design and complete the system hardware circuit, including processor peripheral circuit, voltage regulator circuit, ZigBee wireless communication circuit, sensor data acquisition circuit, etc. Illustrate the circuit parameters and the design in detail.(4)Design the software flow of the whole system, complete the communication protocol between various modules.(5)Introduce the function of the monitoring center interface in the monitoring, analyze and discuss the monitoring results.
