With the growing demand for renewable energy, wind energy, solar energy as the clean, non-polluting new renewable energy is gaining more and more attention. New energy generation has low fuel costs, less environmental pollution, etc. Has been the fastest growing forms of electricity generation, plays an integral role in the energy structure. However, due to wind, solar are intermittently, random, the increasing output of the new energy power into grid, add the difficulty of power system dispatch scheduling, affect the stable operation of the power system.This article introduced new energy generation into traditional economic dispatch, build a power system output math model through the research of wind, light radiation intensity prediction. Taken into account the forecast error of wind speed and light intensity, transformed the uncertainty of wind power and photovoltaic output power into reverse power capacity, put the reverse capacity cost into the economic dispatch cost function. Through the study of the pollution air emissions of thermal power units, introduced the power pollution penalty cost.Added the power ramp rate constrain into the scheduling model, established a power system economic dispatch model with wind and solar energy.In this paper, used examples analyzes the system scheduling model of power system. Optimized the established mathematical model use the Matlab procedures and compared the optimized results. The results show that the system cost include new energy power generation decreased obviously, proves that the economical efficiency of new energy. Compared with the wind power and photovoltaic power generation output power alone, the wind power and photovoltaic generation combined power generation is more stable and complementary, enhance the stability of power system. Change the wind speed and light intensity prediction error values, compare and analysis the change of each parameter, the results show the relationship between error range and system state.
