With the development of China’s economy, the demand for energy consumptionis also increasing rapidly. However, over-reliance on fossil fuels, and the efficiency ofthe use of energy is not high, this case brings many adverse effects to environmentaland social. The demand for efficient use of fossil fuels and clean energy and renewablepromotes the development of distributed generation technologies.Distributed power generation system,with high reliability and stability, can bereal-time monitoring of the regional power, and when accident happens,it can continueto supply, this makes it an important supplement to centralized power. Microgridcombines distributed power generation with different characteristics which maycomplementary each other, it can coordinate operate with large grid to maximizeenergy efficiency and reliability.V2G technology refers to the electric car can beachieved in a controlled state and bi-directional exchange of technical information andenergy grid,V2G technology allows electric vehicle batteries to absorb energy from thegrid, but when necessary, it can also give back energy to the grid.V2G technologyopened up new ideas for future power peaking and FM issues.This paper analysis the characteristics of V2G technology and microgrid, gives amicrogrid operation and management framework for hierarchical partitioning electricvehicle access. Based on this framework,to solve the problem of microgrid energyoptimization scheduling, the paper gives a microgrid model which can realize thefunction of V2G system, designed an improved Mind Evolutionary Algorithm (MEA)to solve the model, compare the traditional mathematical optimization methods andintelligent optimization efficient algorithm of the advanced MEA. Results show thatthe improved mind evolutionary algorithm play a role in optimal scheduling of themicro grid load shifting, and the way that improved MEA gives shows higher economyon the scheduling problem, thus verify the effectiveness and efficiency of thealgorithm.
