In face of the dual pressure of global environmental pollution and energy crisis, various countries in the world focus on clean renewable energy without no pollution including solar energy, wind power and so on. Microgrid is an important way of organization and use new energy. This thesis aims to research energy management optimal dispatch in microgrids,construct microgrids energy management optimal-dispatch model,solve the model use the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm, and construct the actual microgrid platform to design and implementation of the research results.On the basis of generation principle and scheduling characteristic of various distributable generation, construct mathematical models of photovoltaic generation, wind power, fuel cell, micro-gas-turbine and energy storage.On the consideration of distributable units’costs of fuels, maintenance, pollution fines, energy of interaction with large power grid, construct microgrids energy management optimal dispatch mathematical model, determine four strategies of energy management. Then, introduce the concepts and features of standard particle swarm algorithm, make improvements towards its shortage of premature convergence, and propose an improved particle swarm algorithm suitable for solving multi-constrained, multi-objective optimization problem. Validate the effectiveness of the model proposed in this thesis using IEEE30node microgrid and analyze dispatch results under every strategy.Develop and design the microgrid energy management system Proposed microgrid energy management optimized dispatch strategy, and do the simulation and verification in Matlab platform, conclude that the microgrid system can operate stable and reliable. Introduce the function and structure of microgrid monitoring system and energy management system, give the implementations of system hardware and software, and develop the monitoring system interface.
