Research On Management And Informatization Of Maintenance For Power Plant Equipment

With the deepgoing of electric power system reform and the formation of the electricpower maintenance market, regional electric power maintenance enterprises need to introduceeffective maintenance management method to improve their market competition power.Aiming at this reality, the application of project management in maintenance management forpower plant equipment is studied, including the program and method for making net plan onmaintenance engineering, schedule control flow, method and regulation measure of overhaulproject based on project management idea. Then the method of standardizing maintenanceprocess, improving maintenance efficiency and assuring maintenance quality is analyzedsystematically, and the relevant realizing method is given. In addition, the parts andequipment management method of regional electric power maintenance enterprise is studied,and the functions of parts and equipment technological information, project contract, stockand purchase management are analyzed. At last, the maintenance informatization programmeis put forward, and the functions of maintenance information management and decisionsupporting system for power plant equipment are discussed.
