As a clean coal technology, circulating fluidized bed boiler has broad application prospects. But the frequent failure has seriously affected the operation of its safety and efficiency. Properties by the characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boiler, the accommodative of steam pressure control can not meet the requirements of the two rules of state grid; it brings the stern assessment to the power plant. Analyses the typical operation faults of circulating fluidized bed boiler and steam pressure, bed temperature and other parameters control and gives the optimization operation solutions, it not only has academic significance but also has a wide range of practical value.This paper studied on the optimization operation program of Qinre 1025t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler. It analyzed the boiler heating surface wear, draft fan stall, slagging of feeding back legs, some typical turn-bed operation failure factors. It proposed to optimize the first and second air volume, external bed air flow, and primary air rate, bed pressure regulation to reduce wear and tear; control secondary air flow and adjust the rate of negative pressure, improve oxygen uptake method to overcome the induced draft fan to stall in low load; optimization of coal to solve the slagging in feeding back legs; optimal control of bed pressure and air volume adjustment to prevent turning bed. It reduced the boiler operation unscheduled stop.This paper analyzed the matter and energy balance premise for improving steam pressure response performance based on the main impacted factors of circulating fluidized bed boiler steam pressure and bed temperature deeply. It gives the optimization method based on the amount of coal, air reasonable overshoots and callback-based, it improved the steam pressure response performance under ensuring the safety of the boiler.
