Vibroseis vehicle is one of the most widely used equipments in exploration field. Itis popular for its good effect, low cost and simple operation. With the improvement ofenvironmental protection requirements, vibroseis vehicle becomes one of the highlightsof geophysical equipment field. In recent years, with the extending of exploration field,as well as the growing needs of high quality seismic data, the vibroseis vehicle’s tonnagehas increased a lot, which makes the stress of the frame very complicated in workingstate. And some local structure of the frame often appears crack phenomenon in workingstate. Therefore, the dynamic characteristic analysis is essential to the vibroseis vehicle. In this paper, the finite element model of vibroseis vehicle frame is established byANSYS software. Through the modal analysis, the natural frequencies are obtained, andeach frequency vibration modes are analyzed. On the basis of the modal analysis, themodal neutral file of the frame is established. Using the data transfer function betweenANSYS and ADAMS, the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body model is built for thedynamics simulation of the working vibroseis vehicle. In this modal, the stiffness anddamping of air spring, hydraulic oil and soil are simulated by the spring-damper of theADAMS sofeware. The dynamic characteristics of vibroseis vehicle under the vibrationforce in common amplitude and frequency is obtained and analyzed. The stress and straininformation about some of the hot spots of the flexible frame is is extracted, which canbe used to analyze the dynamic destruction of the frame. Finally, the fatigue life of thisvehicle frame is analysised by using FE-safe.
