| At present,due to the increasingly serious problems such as environment,noise pollution and energy shortage,the research and development of new energy vehicles has been set off at home and abroad.As a key part of its development,motor plays a crucial role in driving performance and driving safety of new energy vehicles.In the process of running new energy vehicle motor,it is not only affected by its own rotation frequency,but also by electromagnetic excitation frequency and external excitation frequency.When it is serious,it will damage the structure of the motor,and cause damage to permanent magnet,low efficiency and service life.The modal characteristics of the motor become the test of whether the motor is qualified and the quality is safe Important indicators.Therefore,this thesis takes a 6 pole 36 slot motor in new energy vehicle and the rotor structure as "V-1" type motor as the research object,respectively completes the calculation mode analysis(FEM),test mode analysis(EMA)and work deformation analysis(ODS),identifies the motor modal parameters,finds out its weak links and completes the structural dynamic modification.The main contents of this thesis are as followsANSYS Workbench is used to calculate the modal analysis of the main parts of the motor,and the low-order modal frequency and modal shape of the main parts are obtained;the modal frequency and modal shape of the whole machine are obtained by using the modal synthesis method,which provides reference for the modal test and working deformation test of the motor.According to the structural characteristics of new energy vehicle motor,the experimental modal test scheme is designed.The hammering test method is used to collect and sort out the experimental data.The motor working deformation test scheme is designed,and the motor speed is set at 500 r / min to collect the motor response data.The random subspace method is used to identify the modal parameters of the two kinds of motor test data,and each order modal of the motor is obtained Compared with the calculated modal results of the motor,the correctness of the finite element model of the motor is verified,and the weakness of the motor is found.Aiming at the weak link,the structure dynamic modification of the motor is carried out.The calculated modal analysis of the modified motor shell and the whole machine is carried out,and the modal analysis results of the motor before and after the modification are compared to verify the effectiveness of the structure dynamic modification. |
