Nowadays, with the energy supply increasingly tense and the electricity marketopening up gradually, it is extremely important to study the optimization operation ofthermal power. Energy loss analysis which makes optimal operation of thermal powerunits come true is one of the essentially theoretical works. The accurately determinedoptimal target guarantees the accuracy of energy loss analysis and becomes a prerequisitefor credibility of optimization guidance of the unit operation. This article furtherdiscusses the some meaningful directions and content of this research area.This article confering about actual plant operation summarizes the various indicatorsfrom qualitative and quota two angles and further perfects the whole indicator system ofthe analysis of energy loss in thermal power plant. Proposing a new simple algorithmbased on rough sets and making the coal consumption rate as the performance evaluationof units, It is proposed that calculated model on analysis of energy loss and derives theassociated equation which combine the analysis of energy loss indicators with the coalconsumption rate. With the intelligent optimization technology, It establishes a modelsupporting optimization of unit side based on the vector and proposes the methods fordetermination of algorithm based on the ion swarm optimization of optimization targetabout the key analysis of energy loss indicators.This paper discusses this methods ofrealization plan and specific steps. According to the thought, this paper optimizes theunit·s key analysis of energy loss indicators and has achieved better effect than operationbefore.
