| The optimization of circulating water system operation mode of thermal powerplant is an important way to exploit the energy saving potential and improve theeconomic efficiency. The optimization of circulating water system operation modemeans calculating and selecting the best combination of the circulating water pump toachieve the optimal economy of the electric power plant under the current condition. At present, the influence of condenser cleaning coefifcient and vacuum tightnessduring the condenser actual operation is neglected. In addition, in recent years, thelarge units are equipped with dual-pressure condensers. And the piping-main schemeor the extension of unit circulating water system is used in some power plants, whichmake the pump combination circulation more flexible. Therefore, firstly, this paper calculate the steam turbine’s vacuum powercorrection curve and draw its sole general curve which shows the influence of turbineback pressure on steam turbine power under the full working conditions. Secondly, aparameter named comprehensive cleaning ratio which reflect the general impact ofwater side smudgy degree and the vacuum rigor in the condenser is defined byanalyzing cleaning coeiffcient of condenser in the process of optimization, then thecalculation of the whole heat transfer coefficient is improved and the vacuumcoefficient is calculated more accurately. Atfer that, concerning the issue that parts ofpower plants adopt to use the piping-main scheme and extended unit circulating watersystem to jointly supply water for several units in the whole plant, an optimizationmode of piping-main scheme circulating water system operation and projects are built. Finally, by analyzing the operation mode which is used in the extended unitcirculating water system of certain2><660MW power planl, the optimum compoundmode of circulating water pump under different conditions is achieved thoughprogramming calculation, consequently the optimum calculation of its circulating water system operation is obtained. The optimization method lays a solid foundationfor the realization of the circulating water system optimum optimization under fullworking condition. |
