The Research And Design Of A Small-scale Multi-function Environment Cleaning Car

With the progress of science and technology and the development of social economic,People’s requirement about living environment level is more and more higher,Environmental issues causes the extensive concern of the global human.The garden cleaning machinery used for mowing the lawn, cleaning the garden rubbish, cleaning the snow,etc,is not only an important means of accelerating the development of landscaping career, but also an indispensable part to protect the environment and purify human living space. Therefore, it is imperative that garden clean implement mechanical work.The main problems existing in the garden cleaning machinery in China are single function,not high quality performance,not beautiful appearance and not harmonious with the environment, the traditional garden cleaning machinery are variety and larger size,and the four seasons is not general,year utilization rate is not high, having bright great inconvenience to store maintenance.In view of this problem and the "small and multi-use" development trend of the garden cleaning machinery,design a small environment cleaning car with multiple function,has the important practical significance and the value of environmental protection.In this paper, on the basis of the four wheel to the car,lawn cutting,road surface cleaning,snow removal and other functions are achieved by replacing the corresponding working device,and by designing and installing an sliding device at the bottom of the car chassis to solve the inconvenience problem appears in the process of replacing the working device,to make the replacement work faster. In the paper,comprehensive analysis structure characteristics and the suitable place of small multi-function environmental clean car, complete overall scheme design of the car and the working device needed to realize each function; Reasonably determine the technical parameters needed for the small multi-function environmental cleaning car,put emphasis on the innovation design of sliding device,to make the replacement process more quickly and with humanistic;analyze the structure of the working device and to design its main components;Using SolidWorks software to complete the various parts’s3d modeling,and the whole machine’s assembly, to examine whether the whole machine interference or not, then earring on the statics analysis and modal analysis to the sliding device of the working shaft and the screw knife for mowing the lawn by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench12.1,verify the feasibility and rationality of the design; With the movement example function in solidWorks finished the motion simulation of the sliding device and rotary knife;finally,using3dsmax software to get the product’s real scene simulation,can let people to be clear at a glance about the produce’s use environment and use process,enhance economic benefits of the product, easy to product promotion and use.
