Transport machinery is a new machine which came into being with the development of the machine manufacturing industry. In this paper, to make the research about the existing domestic and foreign transportation equipment, analyze its structure and function, in summarizing the characteristics of the existing transport equipment, based on the design of the rotary CNC multi-transport aircraft, transport aircraft using multi-position into and out of material feeding program, with the lifting of materials can be achieved simultaneously rotating the transport of materials and feeding robot,it can not only improve the transport efficiency,but also compensate for the defect of interval stop.On the basis of theoretical research, this paper design the overall layout of rotary CNC transfer conveyor and design the feed and discharge system structure and its driving system Manipulator with ball screw has the function of lifting and CAM divider has the function of dividing. At the same time, vacuum suction cup grabing materials can overcome the component distribution of scattered and uncompact equipment combination leading to influence machining efficiency such as secondary defects loading and unloading time is too long.Rotary CNC multi-transport in addition to make the overall layout design, but also make the necessary static analysis and modal analysis on arm etc.By means of the finite element analysis software ANSYS,get related stress, strain, natural frequencies and mode shapes and other technical data. ANSYS optimization method with the aid of machine parts to optimize the design, analysis, findings, and make a reasonable optimization, not only makes the whole layout is more reasonable, but also makes the performance of each component can be optimized. and with the AWE DesignXplorer topology optimization feature of the machine parts for shape optimization, the new part of the savings portion of the material after re-optimized finite element analysis, checking strength, with the comparing of before and after optimization stress, deformation, obtain the best part shape of the working conditions. Then make the whole three-dimensional modeling and assembly, and use the modeling software for modeling rendering, enhance the aesthetic appearance and product quality.This paper provide a multi-station rotary conveyor which cover an small area and its arrangement is flexible for material flow workshop or material handling processing production line. At the same time it hopes to provide valuable theory basis for research and equipment development of transfer conveyor.
