Large multi-station press production line gradually becomes a popular choice of auto makers because of its high automation,high efficiency and high quality in area of automatic stamping.Multi-station electronic transport system that is the key to the efficiency of multi-station press is the main component of the press.Presently,the technology of multi-station transport electric at home is under developing.The theme of this paper is about three coordinate electronic servo transport system of large multi-station press,aiming at solving the interference of three coordinate transfer device,structure optimization,dynamic analysis,trajectory optimization,design software development,and production line simulation,which has great significance to reduce costs and shorten exploration time.The main research topic of this paper is as follows:Firstly,operating principle of the three coordinate transmission and its structural features are analyzed on the basis of existed transport device and its type of belt drive is determined.The motor coordination and interference between slider and three coordinate transport device is researched.By analyzing the kinematics and dynamic of transport device,the mathematical optimization model of rod length is built to,which prepares for follow-up research.Secondly,aimed at the request of end path and transmission,some common end-effector trajectory planning methods are introduced.The deduction process of B-SPLINE curve is given and the trajectory optimization model on the basis of B-SPLINE curve of three coordinate transport device is built by genetic algorithm.Finally,combining the optimization model of transport device,a set of optimization software is developed for three coordinate transport device via VB and MATLAB.Three coordinate transport device installed in the TDL-4 2500 g of Qiqihaer N0.2 is designed and optimized by using the software.3D model of multi-station press production line is built in accordance with the results of software design.The interference between transmission and press is examined.The accuracy of design software is verified,and the stamping efficiency is improved.
