The crack of massive concrete is mainly caused by temperature.It's an important research topic to emulator and analyse the concrete hydration temperature field in order to control the crack.The paper study the refrigeration of the three-dimensional temperature field by use of massive concrete pipe combines the finite element method with the practice of controlling the temperature of the extra-long Longtan River Bridge pier.Such as the main content:First,it tests the variation in the temperature field of massive concrete in pier with considering the practice of the temperature control in Longtan River.According to the result,summaries the primary character of the temperature field in the bridge.Second, it is a type of unsteady temperature field with the heat conduct of the concrete and the convection of the cooling pipe for the masssive concrete during the construction under the use of the cooling pipe,and it can be similated by the momentary heat analysis of the ANSYS modle the heat exchange between the cooling pipe with the concrete.It intergrates the interrelated function in ANSYS and inroduces the basic process which makes it come to be reality.Third,it programms in language APDL of ANSYS,and calculates the temperature field of the pier in Longtan River Bridge during the construcion under the use of cooling pipe, and comparing the computational result with the metrical,it is reliable for the use of ANSYS to similate the temperature field.At the same time,it to table a good proposal of control the temperature of the concrete.Last, it analyze the parameter which may affect the cooling,the water's temperature,the interval between the pipes,the volume of flow have been taken into consideration which affect the maximum temperature,and some available conclusions are summarized.According to the analysis of the paper,it brings forward the precautionary measure to the crack of the massive concrete combines the research production in domestic and foreign.
