Abstract:As the reformed and excuted of the national policy of wall material, the conditional clay solid brick has been gradually banned and it will no longer exsisted in future years.A kind of new wall material called the gangue sintering brick, which has been geting more and more attention because of the advantage of protecting tillable field, saving energy and protecting environment,Therefore, researches on energy conservation in the gangue sintering brick are of great significance.A brick factory loaded in Changde City,Hunan province,China is taken as the study object in this article.The way of combining prototype method with numerical simulation method is used in this paper.The software FLUENT is introduced in order to calculate the temperature field of the tunnel burning kilon.The article mainly include the following works:In order to figer out the relation between the power consumption in the process of breaking raw material, the power consumption in the process of fan running and the production of brick,we tested the power comsumption in the preocess of making brick in the factory,what’s more,we tested the heat value of the raw material and found the heat value changed in large areas.The heat balance of the tunnel burning kilon indicated that the main heat loss are made up of solid incomplete combustion and bricks out of tunnel kilom.The reason for the heat loss is that the burning vichle is too later.We have set up the physical model and the mathematical model of the tunnel kilon and the k-ε turbulence model and the non-equilibrium porous media model are used in this paper in order to calculate the temperature field of the tunnel kilon.Then,we compared the result of the simulation and tested,it’s outcome proved our model is to be right for our question.Three kinds of factors such as the amomunt of the air supply、brick moisture content and the heat value of the raw material impact the location of burning vechile and the time of brick burning. We found the main reason is the brick moisture content. At last, based on the discovery the problems which existed in the tunnel kilon, a kind of optimized program is offered in order to reduce energy consumption. By comparing the temperature field of the tunnel kilon and the quality of brick to the former,we find our optimized program is realizble.After the optimized program is reformed, the energy saving rate has got to be5.6%。...
