Burning furnace is one key equipment of AHF unit, it supplys heat energy for the turning furnace. From the viewpoing of the balance of energy, burning furnace is the biggest of the energy consumers, it consumes a lot of fuel oil-light disel. So , it is important for saving energy and reducing costs for the whole AHF unit that make full use of the fuel to raise burning furnace's heat efficiency.This paper takes the practicing-study on the new type buring furnace system as its thesis,and it emphasizes the raising efficiency of burning. In the paper, one new type burning furnace based on the new process and construction has been designed, furthmore, a new way what related auto-control system to raise fficiency has been studied. This paper facous on the micro-computer control of the burning furnace system. Taking to meet the requirements of the user's as basis, it is designed about computer in hardware and software It brings forward a scheme of intelligent & fuzzy-control based on 8098 single-chip micro-computer to get the best proportion of fuel oil and burning air, to realize the auto-contral of the temperature of flue gas in or out the burning furnace. So the accurate efficiency is received, this can ensure the AHF unit having a high production and low costs and energy.Burning furnace is a complicated controlled object, for its parameters are alaways varying with furnace condition. So it is difficult to get satisfied controlling effect when traditional controlling algorithm is used. According to this case, a adaptive and find the better by itself fuzzy & intelligent integration algorithm is put forward for the temperature contral system of out fule gas. For other auto-control systems, different fuzzy algorithm are put forward individuel in this paper also. The controlling algorithm of the main controlling system is studyed and simulated. The simulation experiments manifest that the controlling system has small exceeding value and good stability when using this algorithm. Meanwhile, it can adapt the varying parameters ofcontrolled object. So this paper can give a conclusion safely that using these algorithm can get a good controlling results.
