In recent years,with the continuous development of railway,high-speed railway get rapid development with its comfortable and fast,punctuality rate,high carrying capacity and other advantages,its operation mileage increasing,more and more high-tech gradually applied in railway equipment,Railway signaling equipment,which can Ensure railway operation capacity and the safety of railway operation,gradually tends to information,integration and complication,at the same time,the potential safety hazard of Railway signal equipment also gradually appear and threaten the safety of railway operation,how to carry out the safety risk analysis of railway signal equipment scientifically and reasonably,and how to take effective measures to control the risk has become the focus of the society and railway departments.As the main equipment to ensure the safety of train working and shunting in railway station,the computer interlocking system has a high demand for safety,although in recent years there are less railway accident due to its direct cause,but the actual situation shows that it is bound to cause an unexpected consequence if it is in an accident.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and control the security risk beyond the characteristics of the computer interlocking system and the common characteristics of railway signal equipment.Through reading and learning achievements of the experts,this paper reach the conclution:in the past,the security risk analysis of the railway signal system,especially the computer interlocking system,is mainly aimed at the equipment development and design stage,the problems such as system failure or other influence on traffic safety and efficiency caused by improper operation or management negligence are ignored in the process of operation and management,which leads to unilateralism evaluation results.The extension evaluation method is a kind of method of extenics which using formalized model to solve the contradiction problem and evaluate the pros and cons of things,not only the whole system can be obtained,but also the level of each subsystem can be obtained by this method.The evaluation results obtained by this method are transparent and convincing.Based on the principle of computer interlocking system,this paper uses failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)and hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)to identify the security risk of the function,interface and operation level of the computer interlocking system,so that to obtain the failure mode,failure reason and possible influence;Secondly,the whole life cycle safety risk evaluation index system is established based on the integrated operational risk of field data;The weight distribution of each evaluation index is carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process,and based on the extension of the computer interlock system for security risk analysis.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process is used instead of the G1 method to determine the subjective weight of each evaluation index,the objective weight of game theory combined subjective weight and entropy weight method.Based on the asymmetric proximity,this paper establishes a multi-level extension evaluation model for computer interlocking system for safety risk assessment and comparison with the previous analysis results and summary.Finally,according to the risk analysis results,the risk control scheme is used to control the computer interlocking system,which can provide reference for the development,design and operation of the computer interlocking system.
