With the rapid development of green building in China, research on green build-ing’s evaluation method focusing on provincialism and functionality is increasinglyvalued. Based on investigations, local researches and the characteristics of Guang-dong’s climates and store building, a new kind of evaluation model for Guangdong’sgreen store building is presented. Using subentry measures network of building en-ergy and Internet technology, this model can built a new evaluation system of greenbuilding.The main contents of this thesis are about the following3parts.1. First of all, the geography and climate of Guangdong province is introduced.Then the result of a energy consumption investigation aiming at Guangdong’s geo-graphical characteristics is provided, including the store building’s energy-using equip-ment status, indoor environment quality test(temperature, humidity, illumination andconcentrations of carbon dioxide), analysis of the building’s energy saving capacity andsuggestions for improvement. According this, a summary about energy conservationmeasures which are suitable in Guangdong’s store building is made.2. The history of DEA (data envelopment analysis)is introduced, the mathemat-ical principles of DEA is described and why using this method to evaluate energyconsumption of buildings is appropriate. A group of input and output items are de-signed to built the evaluation model of Guangdong’s green store building, and thealgorithm is realized by MATLAB programming. After that, the efectiveness of themodel is verifed by several examples.3. The development of energy analysis software is introduced, especially Ener-gyPlus, which is used in this thesis. The process of modeling and simulating is alsodescribed. The data collection process of real store buildings in this thesis is also introduced, then data is organized into a table to verify the function of the model.Results shows that the model is capable of sequencing a group of store buildings in d-iferent energy performance levels. At last, a new framework for evaluating green storebuilding in Guangdong province are presented, so does an expectation of automatedevaluation system for green store building in the future.
