During “The Twelfth Five-Year” Guideline,China’s energy and electricity demandwill continue to maintain fast growth, strengthening the construction of power gridplanning of science and the successful implementation of the project, in particular thestrengthening of distribution system planning study on the comprehensive evaluation ofthe project helps power sustainable development and effective power in important role inthe development of the national economy. A long time, for evaluation of distributionsystem planning projects, including items such as reliability, safety, power qualityindicators to assess these items from only and to some extent different indicators toassess the evaluation of side effects of distribution system planning, it is difficult to moreaccurately reflect the overall return on investment, and provide a reliable criterion forscientific decision-making.
