Water pumping station (pumping stations for short) as the main facility of urban construction and management projects, which charged with the important task of draining water logging, and had important significance to the property security of nation and people. Pumping electrical design, which had a relationship with safety running of pumping station, is an important part of pumping station. But most of pumping stations of our country in electrical was relatively backward, the automation degree was low in the electrical control, the regional network was not formed in the management level, it was also lack of scientific the equipment selection. With the rapid development of the national economy, electric equipment pumping technology has made great progress, the electrical equipment selection and economic and reasonable to ensure the safe and stable operation of water supply project has become an important issue facing the subject.In this paper, Dayudu pumping station is studied. Combined with operational characteristics、meteorological environment, water supply objects、water supply capacity of the unit、the voltage level and the and the number of host group, its primary and secondary electrical station design was optimized and its computer monitoring system was developed. This paper, for the purpose of discussing the optimizing of water pumping station electrical equipment, based on Shanxi Dayudu water pumping station, with Chinese situation to discuss the technology to water pumping station construction and operation of the electrical design as well as equipment selection and achieving control, so as to provide technical support for the electric design of water pumping station in the future.The main content as follows:1)The current situation analysis in research of wa ter supply pumping station electrical design;2) The research of optimization selecti on of electrical equipment in the first station of Dayudu water supply pump station;3) The optimal design of the main wiring in the first station of Dayudu water suppl y pump station;4) The research of optimization selection with computer monitoring and controling system in the first station of Dayudu water pumping station.Selecting the main motor, considering the basis of stable capacity, choosing the brushless double-fed motors instead of traditional motors,on the basis of which we can realize the target:reduce the speed regulation system, line loss and reactive pow er compensation device of investment; For the selection of station transformer we c hoose the cooling way, connection type, capacity and the numbers of transformer as the research target, and take the running status of pump station and the clear main wiring pattern into consideration, comparer the technical and economic aspects,wit h which we can determine the most proper plan.On the basis of the original level station computer monitoring syste-m,modern technology were introduced,the study goal s are automatic control, fewer people on duty and unattended.Based on the original control system, we research and develop by combing four in one microcomputer control device with the modern automation technologyThe main conclusions of this thesis:1) Considering the number of p-ump moto r and the operating conditions of pumping stations, the main wiring using6kV, and t he side of0.4kV using single busbar connection mo-de, in order to improve system reliability, the thesis proposes the use of single busbar wiring, combines the require ments of modern power system development, it is innovative.2) The transformer op timization selection of Dayudu first pump station, in order to meet the requirement of pumping station electrical design safety, environmental protection, energy saving, fast,the wiring triangular pattern, taking into account the dry-type transformers wit h strong overload and shock-resistant Ray performance, and low loss, conserve reso urces, space-saving, easy maintenance, we choise sealed transformer.3) On the basi s of the firet station on the existing computer monitoring system, the introduction of modern technology, the four-in microcomputer control device combines modern au tomation technology development research.Pump station transformer selection, research on the effect of transformer connection mode; With the introduction of automation technology, if the lord wiring can realize the detection and automatic repair, that will save a lot of manpower material resources,this content is the research direction in the future.
