| According the principle of “nobody on duty,few people patrol”,The automatic monitoring system of pumping stations is monitored through the main engine group system,the technical water supply system,the excitation system,the gate system and the dirt cleaner system.The automatic monitoring system uses industrial Ethernet to connect the field control layer PLC with the central control layer,and performs monitoring operations through the configuration software,and It integrates fault alarming and data reporting.Therefore,the design and development of pump station has great significance.On the basis of consulting literature,this paper expounds the background significance and development status of the automatic monitoring and control system of pumping station,and designs and develops a set of automatic monitoring and control system for pumping station.The main work and results are as follows:1.According to the demand,used industrial Ethernet to build a hierarchical and distributed automatic monitoring system for pumping stations,which includes remote monitoring,accident alarm and report printing.2.Analyzed the hardware requirements of the field control layer,using Unity Pro software to design the automation monitoring process of the pump station.Developed the PLC monitoring program for the pump group system,the technical water supply system,the gate and other equipment.3.Analyzed and designed the central monitoring layer with the needs.With the Web Access configuration software as the platform,developed the monitoring interface to realize the graphical real-time monitoring function.Finally,expounded the superiority of this automatic monitoring system,summarized the shortage in the design and development,shown the future of the automatic monitoring system of the pump station. |
