Aming at the overall demand for ever-increasing electricity marketinginformation management, Electric Energy Acquisition System successfully realizedthe automated management infrastructure marketing business, in line with theoverall trend of smart grid construction. On the basis of analysing and comparingthe research and development situation in domestic over foreign of the relatedtechnologies, the subject established the content and direction of research. In thispaper, first of all the related core technologies including the master station of theElectric Energy Acquisition System, the communication channels, the acquisitionmodule, the acquisition point, the acquisition terminal, etc, were explained, the data&the network entity model were researched&designed, and severalcommunication methods were introduced. Then, with the actual situation and thedevelopment trend of Tianjin Electric Power Corporation, the article built theframework of multi-level&multi-function Electric Energy Acquisition System,integrated the existing&new marketing application systems, designed the accessingsolutions of information management system, completed the construction work ofthe master station and the sub-station systems. Among them, a detailed study on thelogic structure&function structure of the master and sub station system. Finally, thethesis constructed the communicating network platform&the host computer(server)platform, established the software development programs of the operating systems,databases, data models, middleware, etc, formulated the security scheme of serverand client system, and demonstrated the system, professional, comprehensivemanagement functions of Electric Energy Acquisition System in the form ofapplication interface.
