Power transmission and transformation project is an important part of the powersystem. It is huge investment and complex technology, and the transmission lines asan important part of power transmission and transformation project is characteristic ofbroad construction scope and many uncertainty factors. And there is a big difficulty inthe design, construction, operation and other links. Transmission lines is the key tothe success or failure of the transmission line engineering construction project, theimportance is more and more prominent in the electric power construction.Theselection of path and transmission lines is one of the most critical part of thetransmission lines planning. Not only does it affects the economic benefits of powertransmission and transformation project, the environmental benefit and social benefit,but also it affects the whole of the construction of the power grid planning. There hasa profound influence to the local regional economic development and residents’ life,and even the stability and safety of the whole country. Transmission lines of the pathoptimization will not only save engineering cost and shorten the construction period,but also it is conducive to the safety of the power system operation, realizes theenvironment friendly and sustainable social. Therefore the path optimization researchfor power transmission and transformation project transmission lines not only haveimportant guiding significance to the optimization of transmission lines, but also itenriched the related theory of the transmission lines route choice and has importanttheoretical guiding significance.In this paper, the main content is as follows: the first part mainly introduces theresearch background, purpose and significance of thesis and the research ideas ofthesis; The second part is concerned about the theory of transmission lines.Powertransmission and transformation project mainly analyze the relevant theories of powergrid planning, power transmission and transformation project management theory,transmission lines theory from three aspects of theoretical basis and it laid atheoretical foundation for the following analysis. The third part analysis the powertransmission and transformation engineering of transmission lines route choiceproblem. The concept of path selection of transmission lines, significance, principles,steps and methods will be analyzed; The fourth part constructs the routing schemeevaluation index system of power transmission and transformation projecttransmission lines according to the power transmission and transformation engineering of transmission lines routing scheme index selection principle andinfluence factors;there uses the gray correlation analysis method in the fifth part inorder to evaluate the transmission lines of110kV power transmission andtransformation project LuQuan longfeng lake and puts forward the path selectionscheme optimization measures of power transmission and transformation projecttransmission lines;: It summarizes the main research conclusion, analysis of powertransmission and transformation engineering of transmission lines routing schemeoptimization research conclusion and trend of the evaluation in the sixth part.This paper establishes the power transmission and transformation project routingscheme optimum selection model of transmission lines by using analytic hierarchyprocess and grey correlation method. It provides valuable experience and scientificevaluation and reasonable basis to transmission lines for the power transmission andtransformation project path selection scheme optimization.
