At present, the traction rectifier unit testing most test project can be completed in thefactory, but the inherent voltage regulation under full capacity rate measurement in the factorymemory in difficult, there are two major reasons: on the one hand is the power supplycapacity of high power factor is difficult to meet the capacity, on the other hand is the loadcapacity of the hard to find. In order to solve this problem, usually adopts other methodsrecommended in this project, another method, Matlab Simulink simulation analysis, caneffectively solve this problem, for your reference. In this paper, through debugging analysistest and Simulation of city rail traction rectifier units, can fully understand the variouscharacteristics of rectifier unit traction, and according to these characteristics to verify thewhole unit can meet the use requirements, and the traction rectifier units of light load testusing the Matlab/Simulink simulation software, the short circuit load test simulation test anddifferent load conditions, the test results and the simulation results were compared andanalyzed, the result is proved true and effective, can meet the needs of actual production.Through the study of this subject, fully realize the test and Simulation of tractionrectifier units, solve the engineering of power supply capacity test of large and load to finddifficult, make up for the actual production needs, and provides the reliable basis for thetechnology, and ensure the safe operation of the product, enhance the company’s credibility.
