With the rapid growth of China’s economy, the price of traditional energy, such ascoal rises and the rise space of electricity price is very limited. In order to guarantee thesustainable development of economy at the same time, energy conservation andemissions reduction has become the national policy of our country. The thesis studied theenergy saving analysis and operation management platform of power plant and applied itto practice so as to make the work of exploit potentialities of power plant energy savingpotential into the scientific analysis and standardization road and improve the level ofenergy saving and operation management of power plant. The platform collects areasonable amount of data and ensures the data accurate and reliable through data sourcessuch, as the MIS, DCS, RTU and adopt the comparison standard where the unit canactually reach to establish the modules such as analysis of economic indicators,energy-saving evaluation and analysis and performance appraisal system. On the basis ofunstructured data, such as a large number of real-time data, the index data and documentattachments, the platform can carry out the responsibility decomposition of theenergy-saving evaluation index and real-time dynamic management and providemanagement functions of economic operation analysis, real-time operating advice andinternal individual performance assessment based on quantitative for all generatingoperation professionals. Through analysis data from standard management andconsumption difference analysis modules, the platform can promote the operationindicator of competition department, improve work efficiency and the regulating qualityand achieve good results at last. Individual performance management module can realizethe quantitative of individual performance, effectively clear the adjustment effect, arousethe enthusiasm of employees and provides a good model for the innovation managementof shift.
