The number of items on the current situation of thedevelopment of power projects, presented a large scale, the uneven quality levels, andeven some power construction enterprise project quality management level is still ina lower level of development, at the same time, the development trend of intelligentpower grid put forward new challenges to the quality of the power projects, therefore,raise the level of quality management of power projects in the long term will be animportant issue for academia and the business community need to study.The paper first introduces the research background and significance of theresearch status brief retrospective analysis; secondly, systematically expoundedquality, power engineering projects related concepts of quality management,comprehensive analysis of maturity model for theoretical research and practicalapplication to enhance understanding of the theory; once again introduced Feng Zhou220KV transmission line project’s basic situation and the process of implementationof the project to establish a quality management system for detailed analysis; Finally,inspired by K-PM3model and the CMM model, proposed transmission line projectquality management maturity model, a transmission line project quality managementmaturity evaluation system, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodFengning~Zhou Yingzai220kV transmission line project management maturity inquality evaluation, the project obtained the quality management maturity in canonicalclass level for the future to further improve project quality management standard.
