Former Assessment Study Of110KV Transmission Station Project Of Fangguan Town

The electric power industry is a national basic industries related to the lifebloodof the national economy, which has technology-intensive and capital-intensivefeatures. Power grid construction project has a long construction period, large scale,high risks and needs more funds, its investment must be carried out before a scientificand comprehensive preliminary assessment, in order to guarantee the expectedbenefits after project implementation. Over the years, due to that the evaluation ofpower grid construction projects has not received enough attention affected by manybarriers, the further research and demonstration are needed. The research on thepre-assessment of Fangguan110kV power transmission project in Gaobeidian city hasimportant significances and impacts, including improving the decision-making level,promoting the improvement of the investment decision before the project assessmentand enhancing the fairness and objectivity of the scientific construction projectmanagement.The main content of this paper is the former assessment for Fangguan110KVtransmission project in Gaobeidian city. This paper firstly introduce the theory ofpre-project assessment which provides a theoretical basis for later assessment; thenthe assessment index system of Fangguan110KV power transmission project is builtbased on the contents before the project feasibility from three respects that project site,energy and environmental conservation and economic feasibility; Finally, accordingto the actual situation and the project assessment index system, the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method is used for the overall assessment of the project,based on the assessment results of Fangguan110KV transmission project is in giftedclass, it is feasible. I hope this article can provide some reference for China’s powergrid construction projects before the assessment.
