Recent years, electric power industry and information technology has gained rapiddevelopment. In order to seek new ways of innovation and development, electric powercompanies proposed the development strategy “information technology driveindustrialization”, this is the only way for the development of electric power industry. Inthis context, Supervisory Information System (SIS) is proposed, and it has been rapiddevelopment. The major domestic power plants are gradually integrating existinginformation resources, and hope to achieve information sharing within the scope of theentire power plant, and lay a solid foundation for the power plant to achieve integratedmanagement control and improve the overall efficiency.According to Zhang Shan plant monitoring requirements for the production processinformation, through the database creation and programming, this paper realizedSupervisory Information System, such as time information processing, statistics, eventlog and so on. Solving the problem in the process of site commissioning and test, andanalyzing the safe problem of the SIS. The main contents of this paper include thefollowing aspects:(1) Establish real-time database, and is divided into client software access layer,real-time data processing and data acquisition interface layer, and eDNA BOSS controlthe management execution of the other eDNA perform services; writing programs toachieve the module functions such as, analog-point difference calculation, the averagecalculation and so on.(2) Through the modular system program design, it realize the function such asreal-time information processing, statistics, event logging, real-time\historical curve,the production of automatic reports, process parameter alarms, operating statistics andassessment, plant-level performance calculations, the consumption of poor workingconditions and analysis, heating surface blow Grey optimization and stress analysis andlife estimation.(3) According to the problem in the process of site commissioning and test, we findthe appropriate solutions, and security issues of SIS system are analyzed.
