Steel Residential System Design Methods Based On Modularity

Based on the residential construction process in our country, to promote the housing industry from extensive to intensive development, to achieve the formation and improvement of industrialized construction system.The purpose is to promote the upgrading of China’s housing industry, to achieve national sustainable development strategies.This article is about the current status quo of China’s steel structure residential application of modular design serious deficiencies.This paper studies modular design strategy in steel housing design of concrete is divided into four chapters.Chapter1:focuses on the development of China’s steel residential socio-economic and policy environment, which we can see that our country has to meet the conditions and the need for steel residential industrial development, but found that the current in our residential modular steel structure exists problems.Chapter2:combing through the housing industry, industrialized housing, residential system of steel construction, modular coordination and other relations, to determine the modulus is the basis for industrialization of residential buildings.Chapter3:elaborate steel residential properties, including its architecture, exterior envelope systems, wall systems, as well as our steel housing engineering practices, focusing on factors affecting steel housing systematic design.Chapter4:Research design of the system design process, design methods, and select the basic modulus. Among them, the system design methodology research paper only modulus grid method and the basic design of combination between law, from components, parts, space design aspects to determine the plane’s basic modulus, in terms of story and slab thickness to determine the facade the basic modulus.Chapter5:According to the study of the foregoing, according to mounting enclosure system to locate the modulus of steel housing, the need to coordinate the envelope system and the main structure.In different cases, the use of a mixture of three positioning to minimize the number of types of non-standard node generating member is mounted, improving the degree of industrialization of construction.
