The Heterotopia Space In The Reconstruction Of Old Blocks In The Old Cities

ABSTRACT:The old blocks widely exists in many"old cities", some is officially recognized as outstanding historical buildings, which is put into the areas of legal protection and repair; the other part,because of unknown,is often in an awkward position, whose fate will also be different from each other for various factors in the manipulation and be separated far apart.Although this type of street area is not benefit from special care of the legal, by chance,it is retained, planned and gains no foothold. Thus this uncertainty gives a significance of this study.The renewal of old district in old cities need one-dimensional "concept", and two-dimensional "space synthesis",three-dimensional "concept of three-dimensional space", four-dimensional "aspect of time and space", multi-dimensional the fusion of "reality and non reality".Heterotopia is a kind of unconventional agglomeration,existing various contradictions and conflicts. It walks in reality and fiction, but it is true, which only exists in a series of upside down, suspended, or neutral manner. It can be seen, there are similarities between heterotopia space theory and the old street of city center district by coincidence, this thesis aims to dig the heterotopia space in old street of City Center District, and explain their characteristics, summarizes the mode of construction and design methods of the heterotopia space and strives to create a heterotopia space in the old neighborhood.By this way, the old district can restore the vitality of the street blocks after the renewal, which allows the users to get rich, unforgettable experience in the block. At last,the paper take the Dong Xiao shi zoning, Dong Cheng District,Beijing as an example to make a research, a interview, as well as a design about the typical heterotopia space,which is aimed to verify the authenticity and the feasibility of heterotopia space theory.
