Kasei Design Philosophy Used In The Coating Of Heavy Machinery

Abstract:With the development of China’s construction, city inside the increase in the number of heavy machinery, large volume let people produce compression and tension. There is no appearance of synchronous design of product.Through communication with the enterprises found that the product cycle is short of heavy machinery, construction technology is complex, and the coating is can solve such problems. Not only reduces the cost, also can make the product itself is more art colour, propaganda for the business enterprise at the same time, also to beautify the city’s image.First of all, we try to understand the current situation of heavy machinery coating and the existing problems and in combination with coating image after the Kansei properties of station, put forward the method of SD coating the feasibility of the design of quantitative heavy machinery products, and develop a method argument. After fixing the LOXA mixing station painting and design, it is concluded that follow the Kansei design method of mixing station coating design output. Help the designer to professional vision and sensibility design concept to design rational system of cognitive processes, expand the scope of we use Kansei design method.Based on the Kansei design to study the heavy machinery coating product design method, in the process of coating the Kansei design theory, and through the research on the classification of these theories, proposed in the late stage of LOXA concrete mixing station design, the mixing station quantitative treatment of Kansei design idea, redesign the coating station, make coating to optimize the enterprise concept, material technology, the city’s image and market sales to provide a more powerful design method and theory support.
