With prestressed concrete T-rigid frame bridge diseases increasingly prominent, the res-earch on causes of their disease, strengthening technology and the actual bearing capacity of the bridge evaluation method is imminent. In this paper, Heilongjiang Highway Bridge as a backdrop, the cold area of prestressed concrete T-rigid frame bridge reinforced load properties were studied.First, the content, status and conclusions of the test Heilongjiang Highway Bridge were discussed in this paper,and this paper has made the detailed elaboration to the structural-load-carrying capacity examination and the evaluation primary coverage. The author has carried on the supporting capacity checking calculation to the Heilongjiang Highway Bridg Separately by JTJ (023-85) norms and JTG (D60-2004) checking. It has provided the theory basis for the determination bridge operation present situation.Secondly, According to Heilongjiang Highway Bridge appearance examination and the str-ucture supporting capacity checking calculation’s conclusion, elaborated and has formulated this bridge’s reinforcement transformation principle and the reinforcement transformation plan.Finally, Take Heilongjiang Highway Bridge dynamic test and the dead load experiment as backgrounds, The author elaborated this bridge load experiment goal, the content and the process in detail, And carries on the analysis processing to the load experiment’s data.Wei Knew that this bridge’s structural-load-carrying capacity obtains enhances greatly, the power operating performance and the durability has achieved the bridge service reinforcement expectation effect, Through the reinforcement service. It examined the reinforcement plan rationality, has provided the reference for the same type bridge structure reinforcement’s reinforcement and the load experiment.
