Daqing city has been in the lack of water resources for long years, the city’s industrialand agricultural production and living water all rely on large-scale exploitation ofgroundwater and long distance Nenjiang River, once encounter accident, is likely to cause thecity residents living and production water supply interruption, serious impact on the life ofcitizens, cause social instability. Therefore, to accelerate the pace of the backup water sourceplanning and construction, to protect the city water supply security, ensure the people’snormal life, maintain the sustainable economic and social development of great significance.Daqing existing backup water source is located in the southwest of Dong Feng Xin Cun (Thesouth of Wei Er Lu,the West of Jing Yi Jie), according to the municipal City Hall unifieddeployment, to the street plots unified development, now the backup water source will beabolished. In order to make up for this function, a city water supply system security andstability, is the backup water source engineering construction, has become an urgent task. Thealternate water source is located in the Central Party school teaching base in the south, on thewest side of Daqing sports school, with a total area of2.6814hectares, construction area ofabout7000square meters. The project consists of deep well water, water treatment process,some part of the civil and the corresponding facilities, engineering complex, involvingprofessional wide, various risk control project.In order to strengthen project management, reduce project risk, risk analysis andmanagement of the project, research and analysis of its risk factors, and timely study themeasures and methods of risk, has a very important significance for the project constructionof alternate water source management. First,reviewed the research and development status ofrisk control of domestic and international project, the project definition and objective of riskcontrol, risk control procedures and contents and methods are described, focusing on thecharacteristics and types of construction project risk, the division of meaning and constructionproject of the project life cycle life cycle; secondly, from Daqing alternate water sourceproject general situation, analyzes the basic situation of the project the project backgroundand the overall planning; third, the theory as the basis, Daqing city will be the alternate water source project into the project phase, the start-up phase, the construction phase andcompletion stage, the types of risk in various stages of potential for a comprehensive analysis;fourth, the Daqing City alternate water construction project risk control scheme, according tothe possible risk to develop coping measures are effective.
